Gryffin just passed 10 weeks old this weekend and is doing so great. He’s still growing, of course, still being happy and giggle the majority of the time, still sleeping very well, etc. No complaints at all from us!
Couple things real quick: For one, a nursing pad review. We’ve tried almost all of the brands now, and Jenna prefers Lansinoh, hands down. Nuk, J&J, Medela, etc. are all sub-par by comparison. That’s just for the disposable ones, though. She did get some reusable ones that she likes pretty well, at least for around the house. problem with reusable ones is that they’re bulkier, in general, so they’re not all sleek and stealthy like the disposables. So if you’re in the market and don’t want to experiment with all the different brands of nursing pads, just go with Lansinoh and you’ll probably be happy you did.
No real updates other than that. Mostly just some cute pictures. Here they are:
Just hanging out on his Boppy. He’s reached the stage where we can prop him up in it and he’ll just hang out, chew on his hands, kick his little feet, etc.
We’re trying to get him plenty of tummy time these days. He does really well with it, and even without the little pillow can hold his head and chest up for several minutes at a stretch. Sometimes he gets frustrated by not being able to move around yet, though. You can tell he wants to, and his little legs are kicking, but he hasn’t really worked out all the kinks yet when it comes to crawling. He’s got plenty of time, though!
Finally, I want to include a little video of him enjoying a mobile at Grandma’s house.
Thanks for reading!
